Freshmen Crossroads is a Christian ministry led by upperclassmen students seeking to help freshmen make a smooth transition into Georgia Tech. By getting connected to a body of believers, freshmen can tackle the demands of life in college with authentic community, spiritual growth, and eternal perspective. During the first few critical weeks of college, students begin to form the relationships they will have throughout their academic career and make decisions that will determine their next steps in life. Freshmen Crossroads, which meets every Thursday night throughout the first six weeks of the fall semester, allows freshmen to connect with one another through fellowship and discussion groups and provides a Biblical basis for making important life decisions. Freshmen involved in Crossroads will have the opportunity to attend events and weekend retreats sponsored by GT CRU.
“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
Jeremiah 6:16
Crossroads will start up again next Fall. If you are a freshmen looking for a way to get connected, contact Trent McEntyre or Emily Boyd.
